by Irish and American Patriot, Thomas Francis Meagher
on the 7th of March 1848 at 33 The Mall, Waterford City, Ireland.
The 1848 Tricolour Celebration is a commemoration of this most significant event in Irish history.The 2018 Tricolour Celebration takes place in Waterford from
